TNSAVIN is the online version of VINE (Victim Information and Notification Everyday), the National Victim Notification Network. This service allows crime victims to obtain timely and reliable information about criminal cases and the custody status of offenders 24 hours a day.

The Tennessee Department of Correction as a dedicated staff person to address the needs of victims as they pertain to their offenders who are currently incarcerated and whose question DOES NOT pertain to a parole hearing or the parole process. The Tennessee Board of Parole has a victim services team dedicated to addressing questions and concerns pertaining to the parole process.
