Every time an offender steps into a prison it means that a victim has been created. This revolving door is unacceptable, so we choose to engage with offenders to help to stop it.

• We work with offenders because 95% return to incarceration, 68% within three years, and 77% within five years.²

Some offenders return to prison because of breaking laws like driving on revoked licenses, but most return because of things much worse.
